Located in a century old brick two story building in the heart of Downtown Eau Claire, Houligans Steak & Seafood Pub has served the Chippewa Valley with its fine dining and pub atmosphere since 2002. Houligans Steak & Seafood Pub is Eau Claires premier steak and seafood restaurant and home of our famous Candied Garlic Sauce TM . We are known for our aged and hand cut steaks, fresh seafood and great staff, all provided to you in a comfortable and inviting pub setting. As with any new business venture, hands on experience is an essential ingredient to success. In February of 2002 Executive Chef Guy Logan and General Manager Jon Seybold decided to put behind them their 40 years of private country club experience, mortgage their homes to the hilt and opened Houligans Steak & Seafood Pub. Little did they know they would need equal parts luck and experience to carry them through their first few years in business. Now several years later, Chef Logan and GM Seybold have used their experience, luck and dedication to quality to establish Houligans Steak & Seafood Pub as one of the most popular fine dining restaurants in Eau Claire.
