Here at Houligans we carefully select and handcut all our beef to ensure our steaks are thick cut and tender. All our beef is aged at least 21 days and purchased from premium USDA Choice beef programs. We believe these steps will ensure you a fantastic steak!
steak preparation philosophy at Houligans Steak & Seafood Pub is
simple, we cook our steaks slightly on the rarer side of the temperature
ordered. Doing this guarantees that our steaks will not be over -cooked.
If your steak is not cooked enough please inform your server so we may
cook it exactly to your liking.

In addition to our fresh meats, Houligans Steak & Seafood Pub is
proud to serve the largest selection of fresh seafood in the area. Several
times each week fresh fish and seafood are delivered to our back door.
Chef/Owner Guy personally inspects each shipment for freshness. When
you read or hear the word “fresh” in our food descriptions,
you can be assured you are being served the freshest product we can
buy. This is a promise we make with all of our meats, fish, seafood,
chicken and produce.

The king of all steaks! A 12 oz. USDA Choice center cut New York strip
steak charbroiled and glazed with our trademarked sweet candied garlic sauce.
*Proscuitto Filet – 6 oz Cut – 3 oz Cut
A USDA Choice cut tenderloin rolled in toasted Proscuitto ham bits and seared. Served with a Gorgonzola cheese sauce.
Whiskey Tenderloin Tips**
6 ounces of USDA Choice tenderloin tips sautéed with red onions
and portabella mushrooms. Tossed in our sweet Irish whiskey sauce.
*Candied Garlic Medallions
Two 3 oz. USDA Choice medallions grilled and served with our famous Candied Garlic Sauce.
Two 3 oz. USDA Choice medallions seasoned with a seven pepper spice and charbroiled. Smothered with portabella mushrooms sautéed in a Chipotle butter.

*New York Strip**
12 oz USDA Choice New York strip seasoned with our own steak seasoning and charbroiled to perfection. Toppped with a seasoned butter star.
*Filet** – 6 oz. – 3 oz.
USDA Choice center cut tenderloin of beef Seasoned with our steak seasoning and charbroiled to your liking Topped with a seasoned butter star.
*Medallions of Beef** – 2-3oz – 3-3oz.
USDA Choice beef medallions charbroiled to your liking.
*Saturday Night Smoked Prime Rib** – 12 oz. – 8 oz.
Join us every Saturday evening for our Saturday Prime Rib. We cold smoke our USDA Choice Ribeyes with hickory chips and then slow roast them over night to ensure the most tender prime rib around. Served Au Jus.
