Our salads and soup are served ala Carte. All entrees come with the appropriate starch, Chef Guy’s fresh vegetable of the day and freshly baked pub bread.

Our soups are made from scratch and are served with freshly baked pub bread.
Pub Salad – Starter size – Dinner size
Crisp romaine lettuce, tomatoes, and freshly baked croutons accompany a homemade creamy ranch or fat free french dressing.
Houligans House Salad – Starter size – Dinner size
A wonderful combination of organically grown spring greens (local source seasonally), kalamata olives, diced tomatoes, croutons, artichoke hearts, Parmesan and crumbled Wisconsin gorgonzola cheeses. Tossed in Houligans homemade balsamic vinaigrette.
Caesar Salad – Starter size – Dinner size
A classic combination of crisp romaine lettuce combined with Parmesan cheese, croutons, kalamata olives, diced tomatoes, and a creamy garlic dressing. Garnished with a deviled egg.
Ale Salad – Starter size – Dinner size
Organic mixed greens (local source seasonally) tossed in our homemade ale vinaigrette. Topped with sundried cranberries, candied pecans and sweet julienne onion slices.
